Coordinating & Setup Package

Rehearsal Ceremony Coordinator - I will arrive on Friday to rehearse with your wedding party. 

Day of Coordinating - Full Day (no hour maximum)

Coordination begins upon signing of the contract.

Initial Consultation Meeting

We will meet once a month leading up to your date. 

I am available to your through text, call or scheduled meetings. 

While I do not help with the planning process I will help with any design or vendor questions you may have. 

This plan comes with my coordinator of hotel blocks. 

I will email all vendors prior to your date with a detailed timeline and confirm their arrival and responsibilities.

I will manage vendor arrival and communicate with vendors on their role for the day.

My team will ensure all decor is set - tablescapes, bar top, cocktail hour etc.

I will coordinate end-of-night vendor management.

I will ensure all of your personal items taken to the wedding are placed in your vehicle to return home with you.

This plan includes clean up at the end of the night. 

I will create schedules for all of the following items:

  • Ceremony Timeline

  • Full Wedding Day Timeline

  • Photographer/Videographer Schedule & Shot List

  • Bridesmaid Timeline including hair & makeup

  • Groomsmen Timeline

 

This plan includes a two additional wedding assistants to ensure your family doesn't lift a finger. 

 

This package price is an all inclusive price which does not include any add on hidden fees. It comes with coordination, setup, clean up and two assistants to ensure that you and your family can relax and enjoy the day.

Partial Planning & Coordinating

Rehearsal Ceremony Coordinator

Day of Coordinating - Full Day (no hour maximum)

Planning will begin upon booking.

Partial planning is perfect for the bride who wants help throughout the planning process but will also handle some vendor communication and booking.

You and I will work together on getting all needed quotes and booking vendors together. You and I will work closely on the planning process to make everything perfect!

We will meet once a month leading up to your date.

I will email all vendors prior to your date with a detailed timeline and confirm their arrival and responsibilities.

You and I will share a planning spreadsheet that will detail all vendor information, arrival, and quoted price along with payment deadlines.

I will remind you of upcoming payments but will not make them for you.

I will manage vendor arrival and communicate with vendors on their role for the day.

My team will ensure all decor is set - tablescapes, bar top, cocktail hour etc.

My team will manage the clean up of decor and trash (we will not put away tables & chairs)

I will coordinate end-of-night vendor management

I will create schedules for all of the following items:

  • Hair & Makeup Schedule for bride/bridesmaids

  • Groomsman Schedule

  • Ceremony Timeline

  • Full Wedding Day Timeline

  • Photographer/Videographer Schedule & Shot List

  • DJ/Reception Timeline

 

This plan comes with myself and 2 other employees to coordinate and setup your wedding.

 

Lastly, I will coordinate all moving parts on your wedding

day so that you and your family can relax and enjoy the day.

Full Planning & Coordinating

Rehearsal Ceremony Coordinator

Day of Coordinating - Full Day (no hour maximum)

Planning will begin upon booking.

Full Planning is handled completely by me. I will reach out to multiple vendors ie, florist, photographers, videographers etc and get quotes, check availability and set up meetings with you and the vendor (if wanted).

I will send quotes to you and you will determine who you want to book. After a decision is made I will handle the booking and you can provide me with your information to make payments on your behalf or you can make needed payments.

This plan is ideal for the bride who has a vision for her big day but does not want to go through the process of contacting vendors and securing them.

We will meet once a month leading up to your date to talk through progress and confirm we are on the same page for what you want!

This plan come with vision board mock ups to ensure your dream wedding design is taking place.

This plan can also come with custom designed save the dates and invitations.

This plan comes with design of wedding website.

I will manage sending out save the dates and wedding invitations along with tracking wedding RSVPs. 

I will email all vendors before your date with a detailed timeline and confirm their arrival and responsibilities.

I will also take care of the following planning items:

  • Bridal Appointments

  • Tasting Appointments

  • Save the Date Design, order, and mailing

  • Invitation, design, order and mailing 

  • Wedding Webpage Design

  • Planner information shared on webpage for guest questions

Frequently Asked Questions

 Is there a travel fee? 

Yes, if the wedding is in the state of Texas my base travel fee is $500. 

​

If the wedding is out state or country the travel will be decided upon prior to contract being signed, but will be covered by the client. 

 

Will you and your team clean up tables and chairs?

No, we do not put away or setup table and chairs. 

 

Is there an additional fee for a room flip?

No, if we are limited to one space and must do a room flip we will not charge to facilitate that. 

 

 Is there an additional fee for weddings over 200 guest?

Yes, I will charge an additional fee to cover the cost of additional employees who will be required to execute the day smoothly based on the amount of guest.

From Lubbock, Abilene, Dallas, Fredericksburg, El Paso, San Antonio and San Angelo! If you are not based in San Angelo we will still meet just virtually or in-person when able!
